After that, we will confirm your reservation details and send you a reservation completion email.

• The exchange rate to Japanese yen (buying rate) will be calculated based on the rate on the day of your visit.
• Please present your reservation slip (confirmation email from us or direct message) and your passport at the time of your visit.

• Our currency exchange service requires a reservation. We do not accept same-day currency exchange. Please make a reservation at least 3 business days before your visit.
• We only accept foreign currency banknotes. Coins cannot be exchanged.
• All foreign currency exchanges will be made in Japanese yen. (*Exchange of 50,000 yen or more in Japanese yen)
• Counterfeit or damaged banknotes cannot be exchanged.
• For exchanges exceeding 1,000,000 yen, additional identification will be required-in addition to your passport, you may be asked to present a driver’s license, residence card, or proof of address.
